More than 100 years ago, the "Moon Dragon" meteorite hit a tropical resort.
Most of the inhabitants perished, while those who survived began to show strange mutations ... Rescue missions quickly withdrew, and those who remained in the mutant environment founded the small and isolated Mutazione community.
Fast forward to the present day, where you play the role of 15-year-old Kai as she travels to Mutazione to help her dying grandfather recover.
But things are not as simple as they seem ... Nonno has other plans for Kai; secrets and betrayals are hidden beneath the surface of the friendly community; and there is a frightening bird-like figure that always appears in Kai's dreams.
